A Randomized, Double-blind, Mono-centric, Placebo controlled study was conducted to assess the efficacy and safety of Calebin A in managing weight in 40 obese or overweight individuals for 90 days.t.
Dosage
Subjects were administered Calebin A capsules (25 mg, one capsule twice a day) or placebo.
Results
Conclusion
Clinical study showed that Calebin A is effective in managing healthy body weight by inhibiting adipogenesis and is an ideal candidate to support metabolic health.

Clinical Study II : A minor metabolite from Curcuma longa effective against metabolic syndrome: results from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study
Objective and Study Design
Multicentric, Randomized, double blinded, placebo controlled clinical trial was conducted to assess the safety and efficacy of supplementation of CurCousin® containing Calebin-A in management of metabolic imbalances, healthy weight and lipid management.
Dosage
Capsule containing 25mg of Calebin A (CurCousin®) and 3mg of Piperine (BioPerine®) was administered twice a day, or placebo.
Results
Conclusion
Results from the clinical trial showed that CurCousin® at the suggested dosage was safe and efficacious for management of healthy body weight as well as healthy lipid levels and promoting healthy metabolism.
